To ask the Scottish Executive how many people visited Scotland from Austria over the last five years, broken down by mode of travel to Scotland, and what contribution it estimates these visitors made to the Scottish economy.
Amendment 13 would allow Scottish ministers to do that by adding a new procedure or by adding a new exception to the offence—for example, a new cosmetic surgical procedure.
I mentioned Ireland and New Zealand because I visited them. However, when we drafted our original proposals, we considered other examples, such as the Canadian and Australian regimes.
To ask the Scottish Executive what information it has on what proportion of school pupils were recruited into the UK armed forces from Scottish schools following a visit by a tri-service recruitment team.

To ask the Scottish Executive which organisation carries out the monitoring and scrutiny of conditions when individuals are being transported to and from court by Reliance, in the same way that prison visiting committees carry out this function for transportation to and from prisons.
