The Scottish Executive already has established links with the Faroe Islands with, most recently, a visit to Scotland at the end of September by the Faroese Minister of Health and Social Affairs.

We plan to issue next week copies of the report Protecting the Vulnerable: Caring Enough which was produced by The National Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting Advisory Committee for the Chief Nursing Officer.
I wonder whether it would be worth discussing the latest information from SCOTS with the Executive and to raise some of the many issues that are emerging from our examination of the report.
This may be a problem only in the area that I represent, but Bellshill station seems to be a magnet for the antisocial behaviour that is associated with cheap alcohol, of which litter is one issue.
