To ask the Scottish Executive whether it plans to visit Mondragon Workers' Co-operative in order to examine best practice in developing local solutions to local problems.
It refers to "inflation uplift"—I think that is the expression used—which is the latest ministerial formulation for price increase.At this stage, I am looking for an explanation from the minister of what the charging schemes will be required to say about inflation uplift.
