Further transfers will take place in year as part of subsequent budget revisions during 2025-26 once the values are more certain and therefore transfers are more accurate. • However, we remain committed to reducing the number of in year allocations as far as possible and ensuring early notice is given on the value of in-year allocations. • As part of the budget process for 2025-26, the Health and Social Care portfolio has moved key allocations into core funding.
