Act of Adjournal (Criminal Procedure Rules 1996 Amendment) (United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Act 2024) 2024 (SSI 2024/174) (47th Report 2024, Published 26 June 2024) The LPPO has advised that the definition will be removed at the next available opportunity.
This includes the Committee's pre-budget scrutiny in both 2025-26 (where it formed part of the Committee's scrutiny) and 2026-27 (where it was the main focus).
Neurodevelopmental Pathways and Waiting Times in Scotland
The Minister for Social Care and Mental Wellbeing made a statement to Parliament on 26 June 2025 entitled Ensuring the Right Support for Young People’s Neurodivergence, Mental Health and Wellbeing.

As shown in Figure 2, the budget document shows (based on the ABR baseline for 2025-26) that resource is due to increase by 2.4% in cash terms in 2026-27 and capital is set to increase by 2.0% .

The Good Food Nation Bill received Royal Assent, becoming the Good Food Nation (Scotland) Act 2022, on 26 July 2022.
Section 1 of the Good Food Nation (Scotland) Act 2022 specifically requires Scottish Ministers to prepare a national plan.
