It seems to me that when politicians are struggling for an argument in the chamber they start to talk about places such as Venezuela. We are here in Scotland and we will try to concentrate on the issues that affect us— What about Bangladesh?
For example, at the local deaf club, if a speaker has been invited to talk about a subject such as the health service, an interpreter's coming along would provide access to the information.

Litter on roads is clearly a problem. Many councils do their best to fulfil their statutory obligations, but they are fighting a losing battle and their efforts put a considerable burden on council tax payers.
