It is relevant that someone from Fife should be talking about it. My point is that we were regularly belting children in our state schools less than two decades ago.
It is unusual for me to be so lenient with members, but Tommy Sheridan has made an important point.Members will recall that the committee unanimously decided at its meeting on 26 June to take item 4 in private. The decision was taken without dissent in public session.
The problem is that the houses are nearly built and are being advertised in the local press. According to the minister's office, there are no irregularities.
