Are you asking whether it would have an impact on new deals? Yes. If you are using the PFI structure, there would certainly be an impact on new deals, because you would need to look at the credit quality of the new entity that was paying the unitary charge.
It is willing to deal with providers and all within the sector to try to address those concerns. The opportunity of a visit is also being extended to David Mundell, if he wishes to take the offer up.
