Only this week, orders were laid for the new eastern bypass around Kincardine village and a commitment was made to provide a new crossing on the upper Forth.
Section 19 makes several amendments that will allow Scottish local authorities to pilot the use of personal identifiers at local government elections. Sections 20 to 26 contain a range of miscellaneous provisions.
