I started my work around November and finally started to write the report at the end of February. As I said, I visitedNew Scotland Yard and Manchester and spent time with the SCRO training officer.
There is no mention of it in the latest Scottish Homes consultation document on its race equality strategy, which leaves it up to housing providers to claim money in the name of ethnic minorities.

Our next meeting is on 27 April and so our deadline for consideration is 26 April. There is nothing to prevent members from getting more information for their own benefit, but the order will be reported to Parliament on 3 May.

To ask the Scottish Executive how many of its Justice Department officials have visited HM Prison Kilmarnock in each of the last six years; what positions they held, and what they reported from each visit and to whom.
I normally meet local representatives when I visit the Western Isles, and I am sure that the issue Alasdair Morrison has raised will arise in discussions.
