We have to encourage and incentivise people to add the new technologies to their existing housing and buildings—we should not deal only with new buildings.
Has the Law Society engaged before in the process of proposing levels at which it thinks fees should be set? Is this a new thing? It is new for us, but I doubt whether it is new for the Law Society, although perhaps it is.

For those who have to wait longer, we have set a national maximum waiting time target of 26 weeks from referral to consultation, from 31 December 2005.
