The Executive must set mandatory energy efficiency targets. Improved building standards for new-build homes and business properties are vital if we are to ensure that all new developments are at least as energy efficient as the best in the world.
It is a matter of some disappointment that a committee has yet to visit Clackmannanshire. The area also seems to be something of a Bermuda triangle when it comes to visits from ministers.
