The Tribunals (Scotland) Act 2014 (the 2014 Act) created a new, simplified statutory framework for tribunals in Scotland, bringing existing tribunal jurisdictions together and providing a structure for new jurisdictions.
The result of that round of voting was— Murdo Fraser 26 Johann Lamont 26 Ken Macintosh 60 John Scott 15 Abstentions 0 Spoilt Papers 1 Accordingly, John Scott was eliminated at that round and a third round of voting was held.
This net figure of £852 million was the latest estimate of the position on the date the SBR was finalised and we have therefore provided allocations on this basis.
