I will put the same question to Craig Naylor. As a smaller organisation—compared with the Mental Welfare Commission, for example—what is your perspective on the audit, both internal and external?
Indeed, the Standards in Scotland’s Schools etc Act 2000 has clear exceptions to the presumption of mainstream education to enable children and young people to learn in a special school or in a specialist unit if that best suits their needs.
