That might be a statable opinion, but it is not a point of order. If members want rules on such matters, they must consider how such rules could be introduced.

This is not so much an issue for the lead committee; it is a general point for the Executive. It would be best raised at informal chats with the Executive.
Perhaps it is not incumbent on you to give us those reasons, but I presume that there must be a benefit to the local economy in going from 26 days' racing up to between 80 and 100 days.
