Deadlines to request a redetermination should be aligned and extended We welcome s.4 of the Bill which introduces a new right to make a redetermination request or appeal more than a year after the relevant determination in 'exceptional circumstances'. We would like to see other changes made to deadlines to improve rights for individuals.
