I open the discussion by inviting members to raise points or make references to the legacy paper. Three of us have already visited the legacy paper, and it is perhaps more important to hear the views of new members.
An element of those savings could be used to offset costs to constituents who have no choice but to receive digital television by buying the new £20 card. That would put some of that money to good use.
