Pre Budget Report: Draft 2020/21 Budget - Aligning the Budget and the Climate Change Plan (CCP)

To improve alignment, the Committee recommends that future “budget summary” documents include commentary detailing specifically what CCP policies each Budget line supports. The latest version of the CCP includes measurable milestones and in October 2018 the first progress report was published.
