I am slightly more worried about the rolling stock, but that is merely based on my own operational experience. We are better to buy something off the shelf if it is fit for purpose than be the guinea pig for a new type of rolling stock.
That was just an aside. I want to ask about the new information disclosure scheme. I understand that it is a new departure and that, inevitably, any estimate of the costs and fees must involve an element of assumption.
