The document is available on our website. Where we have liaised with objectors and communities, we have invited comment on that document—as we have on all the other documents that have made their way on to our website.
This might sound a bit controversial but, as our websitepoints out, we only kind of welcomed the decision that was made a week or so ago about free bus passes for disabled and elderly people.
Is it not the case that the only coalition in Scotland is between— Mr Gibson, that is not a point of order. I am getting tired of false points of order, of which we have had at least half a dozen today from members of different parties.
