Post-legislative scrutiny of the Disabled Persons' Parking Places (Scotland) Act 2009 - Enforcement
I do not know why there is not more collaboration between local authorities, whereby they join up and look at enforcing all traffic or all parking together, and run one scheme between three, four or more local authorities. It is a rather new concept. It would make sense to do that.
