There is no requirement to amend job descriptions as tasks within the new guidance for handling ministerial correspondence on reserved matters fall under existing staff remits.
To ask the Scottish Executive how many GPs who have offered out-of-hours services have retired since 2005 and have not been replaced by new GP practices offering equivalent out-of-hours services.

We are improving journeytimes, we are investing in new services, we are enhancing rolling stock and, inthe last year, we have provided funding for more than 250 extra parking spaces atrail stations.

To ask the Scottish Executive how much additional funding it intends to provide for new school buildings. We have increasedthe Schools Fund capital grant by £55 million to £161 million in the current financialyear.
To ask the Scottish Executive what the most recent estimate is of the cost of a new Forth crossing. The Forth Replacement Crossing Study has now concluded and Transport Scotland is considering the study findings.
