To ask the Scottish Executive what plans it has for the Minister or Deputy Minister for Enterprise, Transport and Lifelong Learning to visit Moray and, if a visit is planned, whom the Minister or Deputy Minister will meet.
That is because we are not afraid of putting principles and pragmatism before cheap headline-grabbing stunts. Youth crime is too important an issue to be used in such a way by the Tories and we have no hesitation whatsoever in opposing their neanderthal and ignorant motion.
