I welcome the European and External Relations Committee's report on the fresh talent initiative. Many important points have been made in the debate about issues of concern for Scotland, not least how best to secure her economic development and cultural diversity.Jim Wallace made one of the most important points when he talked about people from overseas who come to Scotland as students and do not necessarily go home.
