Under the Ayrshire and Arran woodlands locational premium, nine new woodlands have been established, 16 woodlands have been brought into active management and approximately 1,000m of waymarked routes have been created, maintained or approved.

Does the minister agree that community transport of the sort that is based in Lochore in the constituency of Dunfermline East has an increasing role to play in supporting folks who are affected by transport issues? Will he visit Trans-Fife community transport?
We will then be able to say, on an issue-by-issue basis, whether it would be useful for us to have direct discussions with the European Commission or the European Parliament and whether that would require videoconferencing or a visit to Brussels.Over and above that, there is the question of whether members feel that a general familiarisation visit would be appropriate to enable us to get a feel for the institutions and processes in Europe.
