I have asked Tony Cameron, Chief Executive of the Scottish Prison Service to respond. His response is as follows:At 1 April 2000 the total net time off in lieu outstanding within the SPS was 50,171 hours.
To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will list any meetings which have taken place between Ministers and representatives of the seven grant-aided special educational needs schools in Scotland since the publication of the report of the Advisory Committee on the Education of Children with Severe Low Incidence Disabilities. I visited Donaldson's College on 1 November 1999 and my colleague, Peter Peacock, has attended two meetings of the SEN Advisory Forum at which the Headteacher of the Royal Blind School has also been present.
