If he had paid any attention last year, he would also know about the measures that we took to improve the action on youth crime not only of the Executive but of local authorities and other agencies. I hope that he will recall my visits to the secure accommodation centres in Ayrshire and Renfrewshire, one of which was doing an excellent job, although the other drastically needs new investment and modernisation.
