There is no doubt that the common agricultural policy is contributing significantly to the dumping of cheap produce on foreign markets, making it difficult for poor countries to export their produce to European countries.
I found that slightly puzzling, because as far as I know there are 24 hours in a day, not 25 or 26, but presumably that phrase refers to something else.
