Richard Lochhead ought to visit Andrew Bradford for a start. I visited Andrew Bradford back in 2000, which I am sure was long before David Davidson visited him.Landowners want to retain ownership of housing, so the way in which to address the issue of affordable housing is quite often to allow people to buy affordable housing and not simply to make available rented accommodation.I want to raise another issue that will impact on the Scottish budget, which is the future of regional funding.

As a result of that additional funding, VisitScotland plans to reach 75 per cent of the population of the Republic of Ireland as it works harder than ever to market Scotland there as a must-visit destination. I welcome the additional resources, but does the minister share my concern about the recent revelation that only a tiny fraction of the Irish people who visit the United Kingdom visit Scotland?
