I certainly agree with the first two points. The clerk has given us a rough estimate of the timetable that we could follow in order to finish the inquiry by the summer.
The production of a consultation exercise seems to be a blocking point for members. It is quite a time-consuming task and many proposals stop at that point.
If we do not do that, members will, in my opinion, be voting to throw away £1.175 million. Convener, I do not often raise points of order but I think that this is a point of order.
