NHS boards are being required to look at services from the patient's point of view. In the debate there has been a bit of talk about the non-Executive bill that I have proposed.
You stuck your hand up when we were talking about crofting and beef. I did indeed, but I would prefer to let other members continue the discussion on supermarkets, if they would like, and return to the other points later.
Does the member agree that we should be talking about the state giving choice and guidance to parents, who ultimately must make the choice that is in the best interests of their family?
I want to ask the current Minister for Health and Community Care what new evidence since 2003, if any, has been brought to his attention. Surely that is the starting point. I apologise if what I talk about has been gone over previously.
