Policy Memorandum Planning (Scotland) Bill
With performance improvement being such a key driver of the review of planning, the new sections 251C to 251G, introduced by section 26 of the Bill, now provides for the assessment of planning authorities and for Ministers to be able to recommend, and potentially to direct, performance improvements.
