There is a lot of academic interest in Australian practice.I have spoken at a world conference that was organised in Australia and it was, without doubt, the best organised conference that I have ever attended.
It is a Finnish example, although I hesitate to mention Finland in the committee. I will action the points that we have agreed and we will progress on that basis.
However, in the early days we must watch that we do not become over- complex and end up with a multiplicity of committees, each trying to take in someone else's washing. The point of cross-cutting is to simplify and focus on particular issues.
We are just beginning to scope that in the depth that would be required to give a concrete answer. That is the best that I can do on that question for now.
