To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will detail by health board area the incidence of burkholdaria cepacia from 1991 to 1995 including details of the number of fatalities and the age groups of those affected. Between 1991-95, 26 cases of this infection were reported to the Scottish Centre for Infection and Environmental Health.

Let me be quite clear about this. You would be quite happy for the new section to be inserted—in particular, section 26(1)(b)—but you have an argument about section 26(1)(a), which refers to "stable family life".

I do not know of any schools in Scotland—certainly not local authority schools—that are on holiday in September and I understand that most schools are on holiday from 26 June. I presume that some members who have children of school age will have already made arrangements for family holidays.
