To ask the Scottish Executive what action it is taking to require that grants from Communities Scotland provide new houses that are not only affordable to rent or buy but are also affordable to heat, light and maintain.
I will ask Maureen Macmillan and Lord James Douglas-Hamilton to comment on the visit to Edinburgh prison. In Saughton, as in Barlinnie, there is a tremendous contrast between the old and new buildings.
Homestake will help first-time buyers and people on low incomes who are unable to afford to buy a house on the open market. The first houses under the new scheme will be available later this year.
The issue is not about what other GPs do but about the redesign of the out-of-hours service.When I visited Grampian two or three weeks ago, I was struck by the way in which the issue is being tackled through new roles for people.
