It would be useful for us to seek the views of a number of bodies on the best way of tackling what may be perceived as discriminatory practice in some local authorities.

We want to marry that up so that people coming in can engage with the education system, and so that parents can ensure that their children receive the best possible education. That is the purpose of what we are trying to do, but I will write to the member on the detail.
I hope that all members agree that that is a far better outcome than having 75 per cent of one of the world's best pieces of equipment lying idle. I thank the cabinet secretary for her clarification of the Scottish National Party policy on health services, which differs very little from that of the previous Government.
We are presently in constructive dialogue with the profession on the contract and on how such matters can best be implemented. I will arrange for the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Wellbeing to keep Richard Simpson in touch with the way in which that dialogue is progressing.
It would be a terrible tragedy if special needs children lost out on new schools. I am pleased that the cabinet secretary confirmed that the council's proposal is being properly considered.
