To ask the Scottish Executive how it plans to provide new drugs where clinically appropriate as stated in the health and community care section of Building a Better Scotland - Spending Proposals 2003-06: What the money buys.
However, the public in Aberdeenshire have raised concerns because the council there has just spent £0.5 million on buying six houses in the private market, competing against local people.
As I said, the first version that was submitted was far from satisfactory, but the latest version incorporates many of the improvements that were identified by the committee and the councils.
Thirty years ago, about 18 per cent of girls and boys left school with three or more highers. Now, 26 per cent of boys and 34 per cent of girls get the equivalent qualifications at level 6 or better.
I recently invited the chair of the minister's oversight group for the efficient government review, John McLelland, to visit the Borders to see a project through which local agencies are taking the lead: the new sheriff court in Peebles.
It will undoubtedly be before Christmas. At the latest, it will be early December, but we are in contact with the office of the Minister for Parliamentary Business in order to secure the appropriate time.
