That might take time, but, as I said at the beginning, time is what we have. The new treaty will not come into force for several years and the new voting arrangements will not come into force until 2009.
What comes to mind immediately is the latestnews from Canada that genetically modified oil-seed rape is now cross-pollinating with related brassicas in the wild.
