I presume that it will continue to affect the potential costs to local authorities—if there are any—when the new system comes in and when the new contracts come into effect on 1 April.
Bronwyn Bishop's observation is correct, but we must also be aware of the other side of the coin. We have recommended that more pressure be put on couples to agree on a parenting plan.
