I do not expect any change to Scotland's share of lottery funds as a direct result of the bill, although, as we say in the memorandum, a modernisation of the formula cannot be ruled out.I understand that the latest thinking is that it is the big lottery fund that will decide Scotland's share under what are basically the same formulas as those that have applied to the Community Fund and the New Opportunities Fund.
