Review of Priorities for Crofting Law Reform - Crofting Law Sump group - priority recommendations
The matter should be revisited.
There should be a new power to resolve matters by means of a minor reorganisation of a croft or two requiring redrawing of boundaries or declaration of rightful occupiers, i.e. a limited reorganisation scheme not at present allowed for.
