There is considerable fear that, if the trend continues, communities will begin to die out, which would mean the loss of special communities with their own identities and cultures.

It is not just about access, as I said earlier; we must ensure that there is access to the best that is available. That can vary hugely, but it must involve the very best in the form concerned.
One must speculate on and hypothesise about such issues, as we are not talking about an exact science. Do you have any concerns that anything that has been proposed cannot be transferred in terms of— I hope that I made that point earlier.
