I disagree with amendments 26, 53 and 54. None of them is necessary, and I humbly suggest that Mr Mundell's amendment 26 is, indeed, a wrecking amendment.
In the Highlands in the past 10 years, council right-to-buy sales totalled 6,198. During the same period, 2,263 new houses were built by the council and by housing associations, leaving a shortfall of 4,000 houses.

Ministers visited Scottishcommunities to discuss anti-social behaviour at the invitation of local MSPs,who organised, facilitated and advertised the visits.
The committee has been on evidence-taking visits and, on a visit to the Stirling area, it met at one of our focus groups representatives of a disabled group, who complained about being targeted because of their disabilities.
