Before being formally lodged, the petition was hosted on the Parliament's e-petitions website; between 24 October 2005 and 5 December 2005, it gathered a total of 619 signatures and nine discussion comments.
The First Minister's claim about funding has been proved to be false and the review has so enthused its participants that they have just set up a website to publish the information that the Executive would not publish in the first place.
