There has been much trial and error on the part of different kinds of organisations to see how they can access the Parliament best. There is a danger that if we become too prescriptive, or talk about regulation before we talk about the process, we might do things the wrong way...
Can we have a commitment that members will come back with written reports that are put on the Parliament website? I take that point on board and I am willing to consider it.
