To ask the Scottish Executive why the NHS has to guarantee an infertility out-patient appointment within 26 weeks but the waiting time for a patient to receive treatment can be three to five years.

The report by HM Chief Inspector of Prisons on his inspection of HM Prison Kilmarnock between 25 October and 2 November 2004 will be published on 26 April. Inspection of anti-suicide procedures is always part of inspections and will continue to be so.
