The Executive note on the instrument states:"The University has agreed to develop a naming protocol that would see the location of the various campuses reflected in the naming structure".I am not sure how that would work. Would it be possible to get a note on how that would happen in practice?

Under the amendment, by the end of October 2023, the Scottish Government would have to produce a list which of these rights they intend to revoke, and the Scottish Parliament would have the power to remove an item from that list, similar to new process for taking items off schedule 1.
