Before we start deciding our priorities, I want to make the point that earlier, when we were talking about what should be on our agenda, we discussed the Scottish music industry.
I do not see why that definition should not be in the bill. Do members want to press the Executive on that point? I will not go to the wall against what Murdo Fraser is saying, if we can be certain that the definition covers every eventuality.
It has nothing to do with how members view the imperatives of the economy or the battle between capital and labour, but is about how members view society.

I am interested in that in the context of the convener's initial point. When we consider best value, one other method is to consider benchmarking; we are considering benchmarking with any comparable organisation.
No.I am not a financial pundit, so I will focus on one point—the issue of efficient government, about which the convener of the Finance Committee spoke, and best value in goods and services.
There is nothing that says to a decision maker, "You must make the decision that is best for the environment," because that might not be best from an economic or social point of view.
