The difficulty in legalisation processes—I have seen this in different countries—is that it always seems that in writing down the law, you try to go away from the arguments that opponents may use, and by writing that into your law you at the same time include new exclusions and new points of discussion.

Failure to obey a court order
When someone fails to obey a court order, the 2020 Act imposes a new statutory duty on the court to investigate why this has happened.
Apart from blowing any credibility as a trustworthy trading partner (& remember news travels worldwide these days), the UK would basically make a #NoDeal much more likely.
