Forestry and Land Management (Scotland) Bill - Management of Forestry Land

Section 13 states that Scottish Ministers must manage other land to further sustainable development. The Bill includes a new power (section 9(3)) to enable management of forestry land for the purpose of furthering sustainable development, if Scottish Ministers have regard to the forestry strategy.
